North Bay Quick Fall is a USA Wrestling Chartered Club and a member of the Coastal Mountain
Wrestling Association of Northern California, established to teach and promote the benefits of

Our club is based in Santa Rosa and serves all of Sonoma County. Practices, during the spring are at
Santa Rosa High School 1235 Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa - Tuesday and Thursday evenings
starting at 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
We teach folkstyle, freestyle and Greco-roman wrestlling, with programs for boys and girls ages 8 to
18. Open to anyone with a current USA Wrestling competitor's card. The cost for a card is $30.00.
A limited number of scholarships are available each year.
